- What material is this corner guard made of? Is it real NBR?
- It is made of high-density NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) foam, a closed-cell material known for superior elasticity, oil resistance, and durability. We do not use cheap recycled PVC or EVA blends. Upon request, we can provide a material test report to verify the NBR composition.
- Can I get a custom size, color, or have my logo printed on it?
- Yes, we offer OEM/ODM services. You can customize the length, width, thickness, and the proportion of yellow/black. Your logo can be embossed, hot-stamped, or printed. Mold fees may apply depending on the design complexity, but we often waive it for bulk orders.
- Do you accept customized production?
- We accept customized production and can provide ODM and OEM services.
- What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- For our standard sizes, we keep them in stock, so there's no strict MOQ; you can even order a few hundred pieces for a trial. For custom sizes, the MOQ is usually 1000-3000 pieces, depending on the specific dimensions. We support flexible small-batch customization, just contact us to discuss.
- Do you offer free samples? How long does it take to obtain the samples?
- Yes, we are confident in the quality of our products and offer free samples with a length within 50cm. You only need to bear the shipping costs (or we can use your DHL/FedEx account). We will send out your sample within 1-3 business days, and you will usually receive it within 5-7 days.
- What is your delivery time for bulk orders?
- Fast delivery is our advantage. For orders of 100-500 pieces of standard sizes, the lead time is typically 7-15 days. With our in-stock capacity on popular sizes, we can even arrange part of the shipment within 2-3 working days for urgent orders.

- The price we quote is based on the specific size and your quantity. NBR raw material is more expensive than EVA, but our factory-direct pricing is very competitive. The price will be better if: The order quantity is larger. You have a simpler packaging request. Tell us your target price or quantity, and we will see how we can support you.
- How is it installed? Will it fall off over time?
- This product uses cloth-based adhesive, which is suitable for rough pasting surfaces. Simply tear off the protective film and stick it to the desired installation location, which is very convenient. Adhesives have a lifespan, so if you want to use it for a long time, it is recommended to use additional physical methods for fixation, such as cable ties.
- Do you have quality inspection for every batch?
